Inspections that arrive complete the first time. Early access
Technicians complete inspections on the phone. The assistant checks every reading, photo, and step before submission and flags what needs correcting, so nothing comes back for a second visit.
How it works
Catch the correction on site, not in review.
Most inspection delay is the loop between a submission and the reviewer who finds a blank field, an unreadable photo, or a reading nobody questioned. AI-Inspection runs that review on the phone, before the technician leaves the site.
Assign
An inspection is scheduled in your system and arrives on the technician's phone with the asset, the right form, and the last inspection already attached.
Capture
The technician works through your checklist: photos, readings, notes, and signatures. It works offline on site and syncs when back in range.
Check
Before submission, the assistant checks every entry: readings against the documented range, photos for readability, required steps for completeness, and the asset for a serial match.
Submit and process
A clean submission goes straight into your processing. Exceptions are routed to a reviewer with the context attached, and follow-up actions become work orders or parts orders.
Fully customizable
Your forms. Your specs. Your workflow.
Bring AI-Inspection to your technicians and inspectors under your own brand, with your forms and tolerances built in. You control what gets checked, what gets flagged, and where submissions go.
Your forms and checklists
Bring the inspection forms you already use, with required steps, conditional sections, and evidence rules per asset type. Technicians see the right form for the asset in front of them.
Your specs and tolerances
Readings are checked against the documented range for that model and configuration, cited to your own manuals and service bulletins, not to a generic rule.
Your workflow after submission
Submissions land in your system in the format your processing expects. You decide which exceptions a reviewer sees and which follow-ups become work orders or orders.
FAQ
Questions we get asked.
What is AssetConnect AI-Inspection?
A mobile inspection assistant for technicians and inspectors. It runs your inspection forms on the phone, checks every entry before submission, and flags what needs correcting so the inspection arrives complete the first time.
Is AI-Inspection available today?
AI-Inspection is in early access with a small group of organizations who work directly with our product team and help decide what we build next. AI-Support is available now.
What does it check before submission?
Readings outside the documented range for that asset, photos that are missing or unusable such as an unreadable nameplate, required steps or fields left blank, serial numbers that do not match the assigned asset, and inconsistent entries across steps. Each flag says what to fix and why.
Where do the specifications and tolerances come from?
From your own documentation: manuals, service bulletins, and the asset record. Every flag cites its source, the same way AI-Support cites its answers.
What kinds of inspections does it cover?
Scheduled maintenance and preventive checks on equipment, commissioning and compliance inspections, and site or facility inspections. If you can express it as a form with steps, readings, and evidence, it fits.
Can it suggest follow-up actions?
Yes. When a finding calls for a corrective action or a replacement part, the assistant proposes it with the submission, so a work order or a parts order can be created without a second round of back and forth.
What happens after the technician submits?
The submission goes into your processing in the format you expect. Clean submissions can be processed automatically; exceptions are routed to a reviewer with the photos, readings, and flags attached.
